It supports the enhancement of the brain's capacity to form new connections through neuroplasticity, promoting consistency in daily routines. Additionally, it addresses maladaptive behaviors that occur after injury by identifying triggers & strategies that can help with regulation.

Holistic Coaching

This coaching approach emphasizes the interplay between the mind, body, and soul, assessing and fostering routines that are in harmony with personal aspirations.

 

A key aspect of this journey involves addressing self-worth. Survivors are guided to face and overcome any negative self-perceptions, which in turn aids in cultivating healthier relationships with others.

Mindfulness Meditation

Coaching using Mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, enhance emotional regulation, and promote overall well-being.

Other techniques include but are not limited to Breathing Meditations, Loving-Kindness Meditations, Mindful Eating, Mindful Movement & Observing-Thought Meditation.
